collaborating with cross-functional groups, suppliers, and work centers (feeder areas) who contribute
to the microwave TRIMM and SAM top level assembly work center to include cost and schedule

 Worked collaboratively with Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Production, and Program
Management to ensure continuous production and drive any issues to resolution.
 Managed Raytheon Dallas $24M TR Module internal purchase order (IOT) in support of the
microwave TRIMM assembly. Responsible to track performance using EVMS and report out during
bi-weekly customer briefings on cost, schedule, and any other production related issues.
 Worked with the customer, program office, and all major subcontractors (internal and external) to
plan/forecast future business to mitigate start-up costs, material obsolescence, and unstable work
forces.
Material Acquisition Manager – Supply Chain July 2005 – April 2006
