Responsible for ongoing maintenance and enhancement of Institutional Reporting sub-ledger.
• Managed project tasks and quarterly release schedules from inception through implementation.
• Primary contact for customer requests and inquiries. Triaged requests for designation as Production
Support issue, PS Admin/DBA issue or system enhancement.
• Gathered customer requirements, created report mockups, online page mockups, use cases and process
flow diagrams. Wrote FRD and BRD documents and obtained customer sign-off.
• Built and managed relationships with customers, Development, Production Support, QA and
Database/Infrastructure teams.
• SME on relational database model and update processes. Mentored customers on model to streamline
their reporting/analysis tasks, and expanded their knowledge of dependencies between applications.
• Partnered with offshore QA team through reviewing use cases, test scripts and test results.
• IT contact for sub-ledger feeder system BA teams; coordinated and performed UAT and regression
testing for inbound files to validate new and updated transactional data.

Fit/Gap analysis, data mapping, wrote FRDs and BRDs and updated system documentation. Reviewed
