I am an experienced Test Manager of over 20+ years. Having worked in the Federal Government area
exclusively for the past 6 years, previously worked in Australia and overseas in the following industries:
Banking, Telecommunications, Health Industry, Advertising Production, IT Vendor Companies, and the
Australian Public Service.
I have worked in various roles within the Testing domain, including Consulting, Bids & Proposals, Speaking at
Forums, Audit Assessments of Proposals, Vendor Management, Risk and Issue Management, Test Practice
Lead, Program Defect Manager, Test Manager both at Project and Program Level.
During my career I have developed and implemented Test Methodology and Processes for various

multiple projects, and assigning resources and allocation of tasks. My Testing expertise has always been my
strength within the company, which was why I was chosen to be the SME/QAA for the Asia Pacific region. I

I managed 14 direct staff within CIS at JMIFA. The Testing Services Team had a sub-team that ran and
monitored a Regression suite using and automated tool. The remainder of the team was allocated to both
Project and Production Support related testing. Due to the build cycle practices used t JMIFA, there is a finite
test period, which was often impacted by instability of build packs etc. that adversely affected the time period
in which testing can be conducted. This constraint then resulted in risk-based assessments on what and how
to test requirements in the given time span. All decisions in relation to testing were made in consultation with
Project Managers who then negotiated with the business unit managers to assess the business priorities and
goals.

Since being appointed as Test Team Leader of the Core Product Group, I have introduced and implemented a
solid methodology for system testing, incorporating a business model and structured testing techniques. I
provide regular reports for senior management and the managing director. I ha ve prepared and published on
intranet the methodology employed by the Core Product Testing, which is now accepted as standard test
practices within our group. I manage staff of between 2 to 8, depending on phase of the test cycle, which are
both business testing staff and developers seconded to testing. I manage the teams schedule for work

Having worked in the Federal Government area exclusively for the past 6 years, previously worked in Australia and overseas in the following industries: Banking, Telecommunications, Health Industry, Advertising Production, IT Vendor Companies, and the Australian Public Service. My Testing expertise has always been my strength within the company, which was why I was chosen to be the SME/QAA for the Asia Pacific region. I represent the company at major conferences within the region and also at company presentations to various public and private sector institutions at the senior levels. I managed 14 direct staff within CIS at JMIFA. The Testing Services Team had a sub-team that ran and monitored a Regression suite using and automated tool. The remainder of the team was allocated to both Project and Production Support related testing. Due to the build cycle practices used t JMIFA, there is a finite test period, which was often impacted by instability of build packs etc. that adversely affected the time period in which testing can be conducted. This constraint then resulted in risk-based assessments on what and how to test requirements in the given time span. All decisions in relation to testing were made in consultation with Project Managers who then negotiated with the business unit managers to assess the business priorities and goals. I provide regular reports for senior management and the managing director. I ha ve prepared and published on intranet the methodology employed by the Core Product Testing, which is now accepted as standard test practices within our group. I manage staff of between 2 to 8, depending on phase of the test cycle, which are both business testing staff and developers seconded to testing.
