(5500 plus per day average) and the largest volumes in tonnage (1200 tons a day) which is the
highest figure all across the country in Startrek Logistics.
Leading and organized the Operations-Process Training for Employee, Material Handling training to
Handlers and Tool- Box training for Drivers.
Cooling of the consignments was brought down upto 3% of the total consignments handled by Hub,
this figure was more than 9% at the initial stage.
Brought the Linehaul Departure performance upto 98% from 68% by having strong coordination with
all the locations and by having strong control and monitoring on vendors performance.
Role :
Responsible for managing the teams while training people across dealer network for enhanced
efficiency and productivity.
Driving and planning all operational strategies, implementing systems & procedures, MIS, Income &
Expenditure Budgeting & facilitating the growth of the branch operations with optimal cost
