cross-functional teams and outside vendors. Developed web marketing plans.
• Leveraged Apple technology for the education market, serving as a project manager on multiple
projects, such as college back-to-school giveaway promotions. As a result, Apple grew its database
of prospective customers.
• Project-managed the development of marketing pages for products such as Apple iLife software,
catalog pages for third party software resold by Apple, Hardware (iBooks, iMacs) geared for sale to
the school market, mobile computer labs, and others.
BOOKHAM TECHNOLOGY (Now OCLARO), Oxfordshire, England 2003-2005

• Managed two websites and rebranded/redesigned the Bookham website in anticipation of company’s
relocation to the U.S. Oversaw global operation including outbound online marketing efforts.
• Absorbed British operations of the Bookham website, managed logistics and support for hosting the
new website.
• Managed up to 15 personnel on a given project consisting of cross-functional teams, vendors and
contract employees (onsite and virtual) in the U.S., UK, and Canada.
• When Bookham acquired New Focus (now Oclaro, www.oclaro.com), assisted with the merger of the
websites with responsibility for redevelopment and rebranding of the Bookham website to coincide
with the company being re-domiciled in the U.S. The launch was completed on time and applauded
by customers, senior staff and the company at large.
