EYERETURN MARKETING | Senior Design Manager
2014 – PRESENT
• As a lead on the development of brand strategy for the
re-launch of the eyereturn brand, developed key strategy
points for positioning in the market, value proposition and
building of a brand matrix that identified key pillars for the
new positioning in market
• Currently leading the creation of the new eyereturn
brand system and specifications: brand guidelines, colour
theory, corporate typography and overall corporate brand
communication. Creation of templates, online digital
banner campaigns, sales collateral and corporate website

• Led the online strategy, user experience and all design for
the redesign of the Canadian Living Magazine website.
Worked with multiple departments including: Marketing,
Art Director, Editorial, and development teams in Montreal.
The result was an improved online experience with robust
search capabilities for recipes, and a better categorization
for the universal navigation

Adobe Conversations blog. Working closely with the Adobe

Identified best practices for consolidating creative concepts

YAHOO! CANADA | Design Manager
2006 – 2012
• Led the creative services team in the development of
Marketing, Sales, Product and Audience team projects:
online, print, micro sites, online banner campaigns, wire
frames, web site flow charts, web design layouts for Yahoo!
products, OOH, posters, event signage, direct marketing
promotions; Completed all on time, on budget and
supported quarterly marketing plans
• Increased revenue by supporting the sales department
and their clients and agencies on rich media and standard
ad executions that would run on the Yahoo! network;
Clients included: P&G, Unilever, Starbucks, Warner Brothers,
McDonalds, TD Bank and Kraft. Helped bring in an
additional 2 million for 2011/2012
• Assisted Engineering and Editorial teams in development
of current and new Yahoo! web sites including: OMG, Shine,
Sports, Lifestyle, Autos, Music, and News; Responsible
for page layout, module creation, and Editorial focused
content promotions
• Developed all of the online and offline creative concepts for
marketing promotions, including online contests, Facebook
pages and micro sites. Collaborated with B2C and B2B
marketing managers on creating branded events, new
marketing campaigns and leveraging US global campaigns.
• Helped launch Yahoo! Canada’s first originally created
commercial and brand campaign: Budget $2 million. Gave
creative direction on the Yahoo! brand and worked closely
with the Advertising agency on developing creative to
support online media executions for rich media banners,
email campaigns and banner ads
• Managed team of three designers on internal and external
projects, giving creative direction and guidance, while
working with cross department leads to meet timelines

AOL CANADA | Graphic Designer

• Conceptualized interactive design for advertorial and
editorial content for AOL’s portal channels, online banner
advertisements and Micro-sites. Re-design of AOL shopping
portal and UI structure
