Responsible for General Management of advertising solutions generating $xxM in one time and recurring revenue on a
yearly basis. Completely refreshed the technology and market roadmap for SeaChange SPOT Linear advertising prod-
uct, a 15 year old offering, with ~70% global market share, rebranding it as Infusion™ and bringing it up to date with
modern standards and competitive offerings.
Managed a staff of ~50 direct and indirect reports located in multiple locations worldwide. Provided Product
Management direction on product features, functionality, pricing, and positioning. Performed business development
functions and directly maintained key customer stakeholder relationships while supporting a global account-level sales
force. Represented the line of business at industry events, with analysts, and the media.

Within the Engineering team, ensured the optimal economic and technical performance of the Playday TV platform,
planned to include an initial compute capacity exceeding 700 High Performance Computing game servers, and a Wide
Area Network delivering > 40 Gb/s of game session traffic to approximately 20,000 simultaneous end users.

Management consultancy focused on value propositions in the Telecommunications sector. Clients included a major
Canadian Arts Institution seeking a Web 2.0 strategy, a U.S.–based Data equipment supplier to Cable Operators seeking
Marketing support, and a Canadian Digital Specialty Broadcaster seeking Technology knowledge transfer.

Engineering line responsibility for new technology initiatives related to video delivery on the Rogers Digital Cable (tm)
platform, which then serviced >1.2M customer households in the Canadian Provinces of Ontario, New Brunswick, and
Newfoundland. Responsibility for Product Development activities related to Digital Cable service, the Program Manage-
ment office responsible for administration of the New Product Introduction lifecycle, management of the Channel Lineup
and Capacity Planning function for all Rogers Cable systems, and the Rogers Productions internal promotions Television
production group.

Responsible in a startup environment for the management of three operating web sites plus additional web properties
under development. Operational responsibilities included day to day management of editorial staff, including 4 direct

construction of the daycare facility.
