5. Mood Board Analysis
Is there any repetition in the images you have collected?
Repeated colours/images styles/fonts/tone/mood
These images that I’ve chosen are very similar in colour. For example, Candy Crush is
brightly coloured and very visual. Then, Space Invaders are dark colours such as black
so then the aliens stand out more because they are green. Then there is Asphalt Nitro
which has dark colours too but uses light background so it stands out more and has
backgrounds in the actual game. The images in the images go with what the game is
and kind of tells you what the game is going to be about.
How will your mood board influence your final product?
The mood board will help me by the colours of the image so then I know what kind of
colours to use myself. This will show that I have used the same colours from the games
and will be recognisable. It will also, help by the characters on the images which I will
be using for my game so it is easier to have it all in one place.
