 Experienced in calibration, loop checks, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and
rebuilding of various instruments. Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical,
electronic, digital and analog controls.
 Having good knowledge of plant safety rules & regulations. Aware of permit to
work Standard Maintenance Procedure, Job Safety Analysis as well and safety

 Good knowledge about Permit to work systems (PWS), PSM and several kinds of
permits like Cold work permit, hot work permit, Limited Space Entry permits,

 Install, maintain, repair, calibrate and test a wide variety of industrial

Masoneilan & Fisher Controls and PH, conductivity transmitters, vibration probes
gap adjustment.
 Valve like Control Valve, On-OFF Valve, Circulation Valve, and all type of Positioner
like pneumatic, smart calibration, installation, overhauling, fault finding and
corrective and preventive maintenance like Siemens, IL, Parcol, YTC, Masoneilan,
Valtek, Fisher, ABB and other manufacturer.
 Field Diagnostics Check and Remote calibration using HART Emerson 275 and 375
Yokogawa BT200, Endress+hauser field check Communicator.
 Well-known with the Plant Running, Preventive, Breakdown and Corrective
Maintenance. Calibration, loop checking, installation, trouble shooting, startup
activities of instrumentation and control system.

 Hand on experience on DCSs: Yokogawa-CENTUM CS3000
