Job Description
 Coordinated all HVAC related works day to day.
 Attend all morning briefing and any related meetings as requested by Engineer.
 Maintain all FAHU’s quarterly and yearly. Clean filters every month, general checks
and order spare parts. (P.M is as per schedule and service sheet.
 Maintain all AHU’s quarterly and yearly. Clean filters every month, general checks
and order spare parts. )P.M. is as per schedule and service sheet)
 Maintain all KEF’s quarterly and yearly. Check and clean precipitators every
month, general checks and order spare parts. (P.M is as per schedule and service
sheet)
 Maintain all FCU’s in the hotel twice in a year. Make sure that all spare parts are
available in case of motor break down, leakage, and the likes. (P.M. is as per
service sheet)

2.  Make sure that P.M. is carried out and complete as per the time frame given and
not to affect the hotel operation.
 Completion of guest complaints within short time period
 Repair and maintenance work for freezers, bottle coolers and refrigerators
 Preventive maintenance for Fan coil units and Air handling units as per routine
maintenance programmed schedules
 Installation Breakdown Repairs and maintenance work for central and packaged
 Air Conditioning system, Cold room and freezers.
 Attendance of customer service complaints. Carried out preventive and routine
maintenance programmers for chillers, packaged unit and split type air
conditioners
 Assisted the superiors to order spare parts and tools related to above mentioned
equipment and for preparing maintenance schedules
 Maintenance Split unit, window and central Air-conditioners
 All Electrical works three phase and single phase
 Gas Welding (Copper, brass and Iron )
 Maintain all split type A/C units quarterly. Clean filters every month, check the
Freon charge and order spare parts.
 Make sure that all HVAC system is in good running condition physically and
technically. To advice the engineer for any up-dates.
 To make sure that all technicians are following and practicing the hotel’s protocol.
 To make sure that safety is being observed first before doing any preventive
maintenance works.
 Make sure the A/C staffs under your supervision are utilized effectively.

October 2013.
 Worked as an A/C Technician at Hilal Madeena Co. in Abu Dhabi from November 2011 –
October 2013.
 Worked as an A/C Technician at Mutawa Marine Works Est. in Abu Dhabi from August
2009 – October 2011.
 Worked as an A/C Technician at Al Sabbah Electro Mechanical Est.(Al Fara’a Group) in Abu
Dhabi from November 2003 – March 2007.
 Worked as an A/C Technician at Scan Engineering Pvt Ltd in Sri Lanka from May 2001 –
November 2003.
