audits, as appropriate, to uncover underlying causes.
Conduct on-the-job-training within the zone to help develop a team of senior zone
modality CE’s to assist other CE’s when the zone specialist is unavailable.
Define CE training needs and recommend actions to zone management. Provide
supplemental technical training and local seminars related to installation,
troubleshooting skills and new product introductions.
Review and evaluate systems in terms of image quality and system performance.
Implement and monitor field service enhancements and programs (re: InnerVision).
Gather input for defining product issues and document concerns. Consult with zone
management team in escalating product issues to NTS.

General Foreman/Quality Control Supervisor 7/97 to 6/99
Responsibilities: Supervisor of the facilities Metrology Lab. The Metrology lab is tasked
with maintaining the calibration of all devices utilized on the facility which was
comprised of approximately 5000 separate items of varying cal cycles and
requirements/procedures. DVM's calipers, torque wrenches, gauges, etc. All devices
had to conform to government contract requirements traceable to NIST. Prior to this I
was a Quality control Supervisor of which I was to ensure compliance of Government
specifications/requirements of the External Tanks Electrical, Pneumatic, and Thermal
Protection systems. Trains inspectors in the performance of Final Acceptance tests,
functional checkouts and Final Assembly inspections as well as plans and assigns daily
work activities. Reviews and validates nonconformance documentation, investigates
cause and corrective actions and acts as an MRB member. Maintains overtime records,
administers discipline and initiates employee performance awards. Performs safety
surveys, attends meetings with other organizations to resolve mutual problems and
interfaces extensively with customer representatives.

Technical Support Engineer 4/96 to 7/97
Primarily responsible for National support for the Urotract 1 urology system technical
support to customers and field engineers. Instrumental in getting Dornier setup to
manufacture the Urotract 1 system which involved the interfacing of the sub systems,
ensuring the Quality standards of the vendor supplied items met specification; ensured
manufacturing instructions verified product specifications. I also initiated the installation
manual and calibration manual for field installation of the equipment which included
verifications for proper operation / calibration, and that all compliance tests performed
prior to turnover to the hospital staff. Other responsibilities included co authoring of the
validation protocol for the first system, verifying the validation performed properly and
ensuring all Food and Drug Administration requirements were met.

Responsible for the inspection, repair and rework of new x-ray systems through out the
Mid South zone to ensure consistent quality standards. This includes VA inspections as

with problems they have not been able to resolve, auditing existing systems, and
training. Prior to this I was a local field service engineer in Memphis Tn. where I was
responsible for approximately 30 sites in the west Tennessee and east Arkansas area.

Responsibilities: To ensure compliance of Government specifications/requirements of
the External Tanks Electrical and Pneumatic systems by performing Final Acceptance
tests, functional checkouts and Final assembly. In order to accomplish these tasks I was
directly responsible for up to five foreman/supervisors of which they were responsible
for crews of eight to ten technicians. These functions involve extensive interfacing with
Government Inspectors/Engineers and NASA Representatives. Previously responsible
for Automatic Application of the Thermal Protection system to the Liquid Oxygen and
Intertank Assemblies of the External Tank. Other responsibilities included installation of
the flight hardware, installation test and maintenance of computer controlled equipment
used to perform automatic application of spray on foam insulation.
