Professional Experience:
 Working C&I in-charge Commissioning & Operation of 4000 MW (5x830MW) Thermal
Power Plant in TATA POWER LTD, MUNDRA, pay roll of MELCO INDIA PVT
LTD as a C&I in-charge an instrumentation department since26/06/2012 to till now.
 Worked an Engineer (C&I) in commissioning and Operation & maintenance, MIS of
CFL manufacturing plant instrument in HPL ELECTRIC POWER PVT LTD. since
02/02/2009 to 16.05 2012.
Job Knowledge & Responsibility :
 Hands on experience in PLC Programming such as- Allen Bradley programming and
SCADA operation & SCADA modification as per operation requirement .
 All daily operation activity and shift Rotation handling system. Identification and Solving
of Defects related to C&I with the help of Operations team.
 Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Installation, Calibration and Flow meters,
controllers, control valves, Trouble shooting and shut down activity.
 Preventive maintenance of equipments machinery for smooth plant operation.
 SCADA, Different types of network for communication ,PLC ,panel views, load cell
weighing system ,level sensors, servo drives of different make.
 Calibration of equipments and their records, Training of instrumentation & electrical
technicians, in house repairs and re conditioning of spares.
 Backup and updating of all machine software.
 Vendor Management for spare parts of instrumentation equipments.
 Pre-commissioning audit of all instrumentation equipments.
 Operation and maintenance of power plant instrumentation.
 Commissioning and maintenance of MOVs such as ROTARK ,AUMA & RAGA- RJ.
Commissioning AHP areas such as, Inst. Air Compressors, TAC, Makeup & RWP,
Clarifier system, Ash slurry pumps, Drain pump, Overflow pump, seal water pump,
vacuum pump, FB & there necessary logic interlock.
 Planning, coordination of Maintenance jobs related to Instruments in shutdown of plant.

2.  Project Work –Erection, Installation, Commissioning with PLC and testing of
Instruments like, Transmitter, Pressure Switch, Pneumatic Control valves, Motorized
Operating valve, Thermocouple, RTD, compressors interlocks . Knowledge of Power
Control Centre Panels, MCC’s, and AC/DC Motors with AC/DC Drives of ABB &
SIEMENS
 Review of Technical Documents e.g. P & IDs, Hookup drawings, I/O lists, Control
Philosophy, System Design Descriptions for DCS & PLCs etc,
 Project activity like preparation of SLD,BOM, budgeting, specification sheet, indenting
