Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience specialized in Instrumentation and control systems
including design, construction, and commissioning of Oil / Gas Production (Onshore) and Storage

1. Ventech Engineers International, LLC – From Dec, 2012 to July 16, 2015.
I worked for the Ventech Company as a control and Instrument Engineer, here I was mainly assigned
for a project called TTOPCO (TAQ TAQ Central Processing Facilities Phase II Development) to be
built in Irak. On this project, I was responsible for the following activities:
• Review of and input to P&ID’s, preparation of Logic diagrams, functional block diagrams,
Instrument data sheets, as well responsible for preparation of specifications, material requisitions,
data sheets and selection of instruments based on system application requirements and the review
of vendor drawings to ensure proper interface and compliance with the technical requirements.
Interprets and applies codes & standards and customer design requirements, for the preparation of
Control Systems design documents, specifications, material requisitions and system descriptions
related to design tasks.
• Development of specifications for Instrumentation equipments such as Flow measurement
instrument sizing and selection, Safety/relief and control valve sizing and selection,
• Review and/or application of instrument and control Code/standards like ISA, ASME, ASTM,
AGA (3, 7, and 9), API (520,521), NEC, NFPA 70, IEC, and ATEX, etc.
2. HEPS. Houston Energy Power Solution, Inc – From Jun, 2010 to Nov 2012.
I worked for HEPS as a Lead Instrumentation and Control Engineer at half time taking care of all
instrumentation and control system activities regarding gas turbines and gas compression systems
projects.
Responsible for programming automation and controls systems involving PLCs (Allen Bradley,
Modicon, GE Fanuc), performing preventive maintenance on digital data equipment and control and
monitoring circuits, locating circuit failures and replacing parts, performing enhancements on existing
controls systems as well as commissioning & starting up new systems.
3. GTS. General Turbine Systems of Texas inc– From May, 2009 to Sep, 2009.
I worked for this company as a lead instrumentation and control engineer for a 50MW power plant
construction project, using gas turbines and gas compression system, located in Bangladesh.
Responsible for all instrumentation and control jobs involving PLCs (Allen Bradley & Opto 22),
executed in field regarding with the turbines, compressed gas plant; air instrument system,
Safety/Relief and control valve sizing and selection and others related tasks.
2. 4. N&V Consultores. C.A. –From Jul, 2004 to Sep, 2008
Worked for this company as a Lead Instrument and Control Engineer in charge of automation projects
execution belonging to PDVSA Oil Company located in Maracaibo, Maturín, and Puerto La Cruz,
Venezuela.
Responsible for leading and supervising a project engineer team assigned to the instrument discipline
for engineering Projects in the Oil/Gas Production, Storage facilities, and Gas Pipeline areas with the
following duties:
• Ensuring all assigned projects were executed meeting the engineering requirements in term of

allocation work assignments to project team.
