Job Responsibilities included:-
HVAC :
• Prepare MRIR (Material Receiving Inspection Report) of Receive Materials and
equipments related to HAVC and get visual inspection with Client as per approved
Specification.
• Monitoring the phases of quality control of work as per specification.
• Check lay-out and installation of all HVAC equipments including duct works, hanger
supports, air control devices to comply and control as per approved drawing and
specification.
• Conduct actual inspection, check and monitor daily on going installation & testing of
any equipment, piping including all duct works and any activities with regards to
HVAC.
• Prepare request for inspection (RFI) of duct, air control devices and equipment i.e
AHU,SAU,MFRV etc. installation and light test of duct fittings as per approved ITP.
• Prepare field clarification report and rectification of all HVAC job related activities
done and to be done on site.
• Preparation of Inspection Test Plan ( ITP), Work Instructions and maintain the
inspection report record.
• Making changes in approved drawings as per actual site installation of ducting &
other air control devices and submit to client as a Field revision Request (FRR)
approval.
• Carried Out daily Inspection, surveillance of duct fabrication at shop floor to control
on rejection rate and other non conformity.
• Maintain accurate and calibrated inspection tools and equipment for consistent
measurements of operation of the inspection and testing system.
• Report on daily inspection and testing activities and issuing non-conformance
reports when the specification or procedural requirements are not met.
•To carry out the preparatory, initial and follow up inspections as per the approved
ITP.
•Conducting Quality Tool Box Meeting (TBM) every Day to give awareness and
importance of work with quality as per project requirement.
Piping :
• Prepare MRIR (Material Receiving Inspection Report) of Receive Materials and
equipments related to Plumbing piping, sanitary fixtures , chiller piping and get visual
inspection with Client as per approved Specification.
• Checking daily at site on going plumbing underground (sewage) and potable water
and chiller piping installation as per approved design drawings,project specification &
code.

3. • Investigate and resolve plumbing piping and its sanitary fixture fit-up or sequencing
problems in relation to the approved design w.r.t actual site condition and get
approval by client through Field revision request (FRR).
• Monitoring all fitting/welding activities performed in the project including piping and
supports for piping. Conduct RFI (Request for Inspection) for installed plumbing and
chiller piping with client as per approved drawings.
• Monitoring the Installation of split air condition Copper piping fit up, insulation and
brazing process.
• Conduct Gravity test( under ground PVC piping),Hydro test of above ground CPVC
piping & chiller Piping, Pneumatic and Vacuum test of copper piping with client as per
project specification.
• Witnessing UT,PT test of chiller Piping.
• Prepare PAR and NCR in daily process inspection if any non conformity activities
observed in quality process.
• Preparing WPS,PQR,BPS,BPQ for Welding & Brazing Process.
• Conduct welder and Brazer Qualification test with client as per AMSE standard and
code.
• Preparation of weekly & monthly report and submit to Department Manager Of all
approved MRIR and RFI .
• Maintaining the documentation to the full proof of our activities including
supporting documents & correspondences.
• BM input data making for monthly payment.
Worked as a Sr.Engineer Production/QC in VOLTAS limited from
16th December 2010 to November 2015.
Discipline: Having 5.0 years experience in the field Planning, Quality control and
Manufacturing of Vapor Absorption Machine ( VAM ) ,Types of Condensers, Chillers(Air
Cooled Chiller) , fabrication and welding field.
Job Responsibilities included:-
Production:
• Process planning and Manufacturing of Vapor Absorption Machines, different types
of chiller, Condensers as per drawings, layouts and GA diagrams.
• Achieving day to day and monthly production targets as per Bar-Chart, Work
procedures and time standard allotted to each product and process.
• Monitor the critical processes like welding, brazing, pneumatic pressure testing,
halogen leak detection testing, helium leak detection etc.

PQR, WPQ) as per the need of the equipments.
