• Prepare detailed records and reports at all inspection conducted at the site and maintain the quality
control documentation.

Verify – Approved WPS & Qualified Welders List
Verify – Material Certificates
Check – Check condition of welding equipment, measuring tools and their calibration certificates

Check – Joint preparation, fit up and tack welding is in accordance with Drawings and approved WPS
DURING WELDING

Welding consumables and worksite storage & Current, voltage, travel speed and polarity
Min. and Max. Interposes temperature & Interposes cleaning and method

AFTER WELDING
Perform and record notes on visual inspection
Check and monitor repair methods against repair procedures
Compare inspection records / reports, check they are signed and approved.
Make sure all the NDT reports, fit-up, final welding reports are signed by client and filing it properly to
avoid any loss of documents.
