• Segmentation of credit cards portfolio and managing mobile payments:
o Carrying out the segmentation exercise for the bank’s credit cards portfolio on different intervals determining product life
cycles and targeted customers.
o Tracking and analyzing the products’ performance to manage life cycles and to feedback into the segmentation model.
o Identifying new market segments and opportunities and penetrating these segments using custom built products to fit the
targeted segments.
o Product architecture and design, to link with the different banking systems and transactions up to leading the promotions for
the customers and the artwork management.
o Product life cycle design and management for existing products and for new product lineups such as mobile wallets through
international money transfer gateways and universities integration.
o Responsible for contractual agreements on the product lineup with 3rd party customers
o Responsible for monthly business reporting to central bank and to top management and product pricing and profitability
