 Distributing the workload in credit department
 Following the performance of the credit team and reporting to management board
 Writing and managing to be written regularities such credit policy regarding to Company’s need
 Managing to be written scoring system based on sector need and implementing the credit policy
 Preparation of credit application files in English for above 1 million Euro, presentation of the application to
headquarter credit committee

 Analysis of financial reports of corporate companies, i.e. balance sheets, income statement, etc.
 Consolidation of the balance sheets, making trend analysis and ratio analysis
 Analysis such factors as income growth, quality of management, market share, potential risk of industry, and
collateral appraisal
 Industrial analysis of the firms’ markets (Comparison items, such as liquidity, profitability, credit history and
cash, with other companies of same industry, size and geographic location)
 Collecting information from third parties such as from other banks and credit institutions with regard to
financial well-being of the firms
 Interviews with the managers of the firms to evaluate credit risks
 Building credit guarantees such as pledge rights, hypothecs etc. and closing considering the risk of credit
 Checking personal wealth of owners of the firms
 Periodic re-evaluation of the credit files

Euro)
