 Experience building and maintaining my own website as part of my school studies.
 Experience editing videos and images using Photoshop and Sony Vegas Pro for publishing on Youtube.
 Practical experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Work and Outlook both in the workplace and also during
my studies at school and college.
COMMUNICATION
 Strong communication skills developed through my current role with the Royal Agricultural University, working in a
customer facing environment, dealing with difficult customers and managing a team of staff.
 Communication skills developed through my role as a part time Teaching Assistant working with primary school
children.

ensure I could fit my hobby around my education and work.

 Experience working as part of the Royal Agricultural University bar team. We are a small team, therefore it is
incredibly important that everyone can work efficiently together to best utilise our resources.
 I played an active role on the team of my local football club. It was vital we worked together to develop and agree
upon the plans and strategies that contributed our to successes.
SELF MOTIVATION & ENTHUSIASM
 Enthusiastic about sports, playing an active role in my school cricket team and rugby team as well as being heavily
involved in athletics.
BUSINESS AWARENESS
 Playing an active role in a small team within the Royal Agricultural University bar has given me the opportunity to
see the daily ins and outs of the business. I have had the opportunity to work closely with various departments,
including HR developing staff rotas’ and finance managing cash flow. I am also responsible for ensuring we are
complying with the relevant laws and legislations including the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health
(COSHH) Regulations and Hygiene and Food Safety Regulations.
PROBLEM SOLVING
 Working antisocial hours as part of the Royal Agricultural University bar team means that when things go wrong,
often there is no support team to fall back on. Therefore, it often falls upon me to solve any problems efficiently.
This has helped me develop my lateral thinking abilities.
