I am a confident young person who is open to learning new skills. As a likable and committed individual
I am more than capable of working as part of a team and also alone, unsupervised. I, to the best of my
ability, complete all tasks given and also take pride in making them to a high standard. I am punctual
and organised. I am currently studying Catering and Hospitality at college and wish to pursue this in the
future, and am looking for part-time work in the meantime.

 Completing individual tasks such as stocking up the restaurant floor.

kitchen and the equipment, also ensuring that it is in fully working order.

staff members. Also using correct codes on this for stats updates.
 Using email to communicate through departments in the MoneyPlus office and to creditors to
receive information about clients.
 Understanding the importance of customer service and showing this in every call.
 Trained to use a generated call system to speak to clients, and promote a service to help them
in their financial difficulties.
 Record a basic phone call in the ‘Client Log’
 Being compliant and using data protection, only giving out relevant information after passing
through security questions.
 Full training week on Health and Safety, the MoneyPlus history and other important information.
Hobbies and Personal Interests
I’m an enthusiastic rugby player for Eccles Rugby Club. I often play on a Sunday Morning, and as a
team have gained a reputation on the league tables coming in at second, and being awarded medals.
I have also played for Charlestown netball club, as their Goal Keeper as I take pleasure in being part of
a team, having a set goal and exercising. I have a passion for cooking, and do as much as I can inside
and outside of college. I love coming up with new ideas and recipes to try out. I live on my own, so have
to cook meals for myself which I have found I am able to make anything from the simplest. I have high
hopes and aspirations of becoming a chef in the future.
