Strategic Project Initiative Management:
· Provided strategic leadership for physician practice operations during periods of significant change.
· Standardized processes and procedures around the physician-patient relationship and increasing the “value” of the
patient contacts by establishing teams to support these activities within the primary care initiatives.
· Guided fair market valuation of physician practices for transition purposes and physician compensation for
appropriate market positioning while maintaining high standard of compliance with state and federal laws.
· Leader of various operational initiatives including: development of pay for performance initiatives, improved
billing processes, improved communication between patient and physicians, compliance education and
improvement, defining processes for process control, expanded business operations, moves/closures.
· Played a lead role in guiding a multi-disciplinary, executive level physician recruitment team for a 900-bed Level
One Trauma, Academic Affiliated Medical Center
· Managed the recruitment process for over 90 new physicians in less than three years (approximate revenue
increases of $154 million).
· Developed standardized, legally compliant compensation program for over 250 physicians.
· Created an educational program for over 650 member medical staff regarding recruitment incentives, medical-
legal compliance, and defined a multi-tiered recruitment process.
Strategic Review, Analysis and Implementation:
· Transitioned full Primary Care academic practice from multi-specialty practice while maintaining same operating
space in multiple locations.
· Transitioned Primary Care academic practice from straight pay to RVU based contracts through a strategic six
sigma driven process.
· Research, review and analysis of key stakeholder/client needs in anticipation of client growth and expansion.
· Manage multiple client contacts, while addressing multi-focal litigation as well as transactional client cases in a
coordinated, goal oriented approach.
· Based on MSA demand and physician skill specialty opened Facial Surgery practice, specializing in cranio-facial
deformity. Managed this $300,000.00 build out personally.

2. · Developed and implemented a performance based pay program for the Hospitalists physicians.
· Developed a Dental RVU for the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and transitioned these physicians from a
straight salary to a pay for performance model.
