Training at Biocon India for 6 month from November 2013 – April 2014.
Start-up/Pioneer batch of downstream production of Human Insulin and Human Insulin
analogous. Involved with the IQ, SAT, OQ, and PQ of filter skids, column and skid of
HIPERSEP, CIP re-circulation skids, autoclave and over 15 process vessels (e.g. execution and
documentation). Key player for the execution of PQs (thermal-mapping) of Autoclaves via Kaye
Validator Thermal Validation System. Composed the Wrap-Around Documents for autoclaves,
process vessel and HIPERSEP. Participate for preparation new version of all EOP’s, SOP’s,
Checklist’s, and Log sheets for every equipment related after qualification done.
Responsible for Downstream (DSP2 and DSP3) purification process of Human Insulin
and Human Insulin analogous. Responsible in downstream operations including CIP, SIP,
HPLCs, crystallization, centrifugation, lyophilisation, autoclaves, and buffer preparation of drug
substance (development batches, consistency batches, clinical batches, PV batches and

every batch of human insulin analogous.
Experiences handling more than 30 batch of human insulin and human insulin analogous which
including development batches, consistency batches, clinical batches, PV batches and

the EHS policies and regulations.
