Maximizing the profitability of 29 restaurant locations in Texas, Georgia and North Carolina.

Reduced labor costs by 4% and cost of goods 2% across the board, and delivered a minimum of a
4% sales revenue increase every year for the region.
Improved manger turnover rate resulting cost saving and improved operations which also yielded
an 80% in internal promotion rate for mangers. Developed an MIT program as well which lead to
improved operations and was implemented company wide.
Improved customer service metrics rankings in all restaurants though utilization of training

openings, construction management, food and labor costs.
Implantation of new marketing plans, a new management bonus program, morale building
