2. BASIC PRINCIPLE
1.
1. Mobile modular coal preparation system is a small-scale DMC coal washing plant with compact structure and arrangement.
2. DMC system also has screening machinery, dense medium cyclone, magnetic concentrate recovery system, all kinds of hopper and other
auxilliary equipment.
3. Installation of DMC system is very quick and simple, no complex requirement, only needs a plain and solid position. It usually takes about
3-5 months to complete whole plant construction and go into production.
4. It doesn't have high requirement about feeding raw coal property, the washing performance can be capable with traditional coal washing
plant when treating hard-to-wash coal.
5. Feeding size: 50mm-1.5mm, capacity: 50-250TPH.
6. Mobile modular coal preparation plant has advantages like low electricity consumption, low water consumption and low medium
consumption. It can use industrial water and could control the ultilization of magnetite more precisely.

5. MODULAR CPP - WORKFLOW
1. Feeding - Raw coal material with up to 250TPH capacity goes into pre-wet-screen for desliming.
2. DMC separation - Material goes into DMC separation equipment after desliming, in this stage coal and gangue are separated from each other
under the action of medium suspension.
3. De-medium - Coal concentrate and gangue go into de-medium screen respectively.
4. Medium recovery - By using magnetite recovery system in magnetic separator, the concentrate could be recovered and ultilized again.
5. Water consumption - Wet desliming by using clean water or circulating water. Add clean water into de-medium screen to wash magnetite
powder adhered to coal concentrate.
6. Power consumption - Normal power consumption is < 50KW according to mobile modular coal preparation plant's scale.
7. Automation control - With HOT Mining industrial automation system, the module could be controlled manually or remotely and automatically.
