engineering and equipment supply of Rio Tinto.
At the end of 2014, Rio Tinto prepared the Hunter Valley MTP CHPP project, capacity: 12MTPA
HOT Mining has passed the qualification examination of engineering supplier, now this project is
in preparation.

19. Fully-mechanized complete implementation and chief mining engineer: Fei Mao. He
has many years’ experience in underground coal mining management, equipment sourcing, equipment
maintenances and technical development in the field of low coal seam mining. He is cooperating with
BHP Billiton, Vale and Guangdong Rising Group, with rich experience in several large mine’s
geological exploration, resource evaluation (Australian Standard JORC) and mining acquisitions. Mr.
Mao is the youngest Chinese member of Australian Coal Association.

of working face removal and staff transportation.

30. Coal industry is the pillar industry in China. As the increasing application of new technology in coal mine, it’s
getting more important to change transportation method into a more safe and convenient way.
Since 2004, diesel suspended mining locomotive has been adopted in domestic coal mine. They’re used for
