3. The Inventory Tab
The Inventory Tab is divided into the following sub sections:
● All Inventory View - This sub-tab will provide you with
detailed data points regarding your complete inventory
and various actions that can be performed on inventory
● Unsellable Inventory View - This sub-tab will provide you
with details about your unsellable inventory and detailed
breakdown of the unsellable inventory
● Low stock view - The low stock sub-tab will provide you
with a view into products that are OOS or will soon be out
of stock, along with necessary actions
● Inventory Ageing view- This section will provide you with a
view into ageing buckets for your products and enable you
to take action on fast moving and slow moving products
4. The Benefits of the Inventory Tab
The inventory tab in FA services is a single point
where:
● You can view and plan your inventory effectively
● You can navigate the different sub-sections to
learn the present status of your inventory along
with relevant insights to improve your inventory
health
5. Login to your seller account and click on FA
Services
Click on FA Services and Select
Inventory from the dropdown menu
Log into your Flipkart Seller Account
9. The All Inventory Tab
You can filter your
inventory by FSN,
and SKU ID
Here, you can view a break up of your overall inventory
● Available to Sell
● Unsellable
● Reserved
● In Processing
You can check the Current Flipkart Selling price and
Lowest price for the FSN . You may edit the price by
clicking on Edit
You can check the length, breadth,
height and weight data captured during
in-warding in warehouse. These are the
dimensions of the primary product
packaging and the weight
Click on View Details to know
more about the inventory of a
particular product
11. Click on Edit if you would
like to edit the Price

.csv report of stranded
inventory and take the
appropriate actions

13. What is Stranded inventory ?
Stranded inventory refers to the products which are in sellable condition but can not be sold
through Flipkart Fulfilment due to the following reasons:
The Stranded Report
Reason Action Required from seller
Listings are tagged as NON-FA by sellers Go to My-Listings tab and change these listings to FA
Listings are made inactive by sellers
Go to My-listings tab and mark these listings as Active. If the Listings are
permanently marked Inactive by you, please initiate a recall.
Listings are blocked by Flipkart Take necessary action suggested by Flipkart to make these Listings Active
Listings were blocked by Flipkart and ready to be activated now Go to My-Listings tab , filter " Ready" Listings and make them Active
Listings are permanently marked inactive by Flipkart Please initiate a recall for these Listings
In the report you will be able to see details such as the warehouse, SKU ID, FSN, Product Title,
Listing Status, Action Taken, Reason for Inactivation, Sellable quantity and Flipkart selling price.
16. The Unsellable Tab
In the Unsellable Tab, you will see the reasons for
which the products have been marked unsellable.
The reasons could be -
QC rejects: Products that have failed QC
Returns: Total unsellable quantity due to returns
Catalog Correction Rejects: Total unsellable
quantity in which catalog does not match the
actual product
Damaged: Total unsellable quantity due to
damages
You can create a recall for all
unsellable listings by clicking on
Recall all Unsellable Items
You can search for a product
based on FSN, SKU ID
17. Creating a Recall
Enter the quantity that
you want to recall
Add the consignment
note number
Click on Create Recall
Check the return address,
you can change it by
clicking on change
20. The Low Stock Tab
In-transit products are those which are in
quality check process
You can search for a product based on FSN, SKU ID
as well as availability - products that are out of
stock and those that are soon to be out of stock
Quantity that has been sold in last
28 days form this fulfillment
center
Number of days after which the
product will go Out of Stock
21. Based on low stock details you can decide and add products
to a consignment.
Select the Product and click on “ Create consignment’ tab

Add from your list of draft
consignments or create a
new consignment

In the Ageing Tab, you can view the
quantities in inventory under each
age bracket
You can search for a product
based on FSN, SKU ID and
availability- Sellable and
Unsellable
