MTI Technologies is a small IT support firm started in 2010 that provides IT and network supply, installation, support and maintenance, as well as training. Its vision is to be the most respected company in the ICT industry by driving value for clients and communities, and its mission is to service client needs through prompt, friendly, reasonable, and honest service using trained professionals. Currently it has 3 retainer and 5 hourly clients, and partners with technology companies like Microsoft and Intel as well as a nonprofit for entrepreneurship training. Its plans for 2012 include launching new support software, expanding training, hiring more staff, and moving offices.

• User will log on – type in computer issue – send
to our servers.
• Servers link main keywords to solutions – send
solutions to user – user to attempt self repair
• If no resolution, technician to go to site or
remote into user computer, with user permission
