 Undertake responsibilityfor the drafting, control and monitoring ofthe warehouse budgetand
meeting ofagreed objectives.

 Performance appraisals conducted formallyper annum,with informal discussions on a quarterly
basis dailyheadcountby section (Check clock cards/attendance registers)
 Check status on picking and plan accordingly.
 Check warehouse for damages and stock to be returned from debrief.
 Ensure the security of people and assets are maintained atall times.
 Ensure stock conform to the required palletstandard and are correctly laid out in the warehouse at
all times to improve maximum warehouse capacityoptimisation.
 Ensure all stock control and warehouse standard operating procedures are in place.
 Ensure that agreed picking targets are achieved.
 Ensure necessaryhousekeeping is completed and thatall Health & Safety requirements are met.
 Maintain, monitor and action daily efficiencies for the department.
