 Devising efficient Logistics Management System to ensure delivery of finished goods as per committed
timelines and cost; monitoring incoming / outgoing material activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and
quality of material.
 Coordinating with all Distributer for distributing FG as per SO collect in System.
 Plans, organizes, directs, controls and co-ordinates the supply, storage and distribution of goods

 Supervising Loading pattern of the truck loads and Ensuring quick & safe delivery of material to the
branches through prompt load planning.
