MANAGEMENT IS NOT A FULL FLEDGED PROFESSION
No minimum qualifications are have been prescribed for managers.
It doesn’t restrict entry in managerial jobs
No management association has the authority to grant a certificate of
practice.
Managers are responsible for many groups such as share holders,
employees and society .
Managers are known by their performance and not mere degrees.
The ultimate goal of business is to maximize the product and not social
welfare.
