4. PROMOTION
• Compose a message describing the topic briefly along with the
challenge posed.
• Design posters for the competition depicting information like last
registration date, contact information and prize money.
• Creating social media posts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.
• Reaching out to architectural colleges with pre-composed message
and posters which would eventually disseminate the information to
all the students at once.
• Engaging architecture related sites, accounts etc. into the
conversation and providing promo codes related to that account.

• If we evaluate our outreach plan at the end of it,
we can determine the factors which were
crucial and what was lacking in the outreach.
