2. When I first turned Adobe Premiere Pro on and imported the correct
song in my document the song playback speed was too fast and
very high pitched. After thorough research into this matter, I
realised that there could be an issue with either the sequence or with
Premiere Pro’s audio hardware settings.
3. I suspected that either the frames per second did not match the ones
of the settings or they did not match my other imported clips. After
changing the playback speed of any individual clip by right clicking
and adjusting the duration did not work.
4. On the Adobe forum online I came across Premiere Pro’s hardware
settings and there I was advised to check them. I was told to
change the Audio Hardware Default Input to No Input and the
problem stopped. Whilst I was in my settings I decided to check or
change any preferences to avoid problems in the future.
