Serve as the Senior Program Specialist for the Assistant Administrator (AA), and two Deputy
Assistant Administrators (DAAs).
Provide close and confidential relationship with the AA and DAAs, which provides advice and
guidance to the activities of the front office for accurate products and services to be provided in
an consistent manner in conjunction with the goals and needs of the AA/DAAs.
Provide services as the focal point for managing and coordinating all materials that involve the
AA (speeches, briefings and meetings (internal/external).
Communicate and responds to all non-sensitive inquiries regarding the IO/OW from the general
public, special interest groups, Members of Congress, Agency Stakeholders, senior Federal and
Government officials.
Provide program and organizational assistance to staff, workgroups and public meetings related
to OW activities, taking minutes/notes; organizing comments and distribution of reports.
Develops and recommends improvement to operational processes and procedures in the
Immediate Office. Plan, schedule and conduct projects to evaluate and recommend improve
technological practices to efficiently and effectively uplift the operations of IO.
Serves as the AA/DAA meeting scheduler and coordinate invitations, meetings and travel for the
AA.
Respond to schedule/meeting requests for the AA and DAA with other staff/offices on specific
subject matters.
Oversee the Administrative functions of the day-to-day operations. Work with management to
develop and implement long-range goals and plans for the efficient and effectiveness of the
operational mission and organization.

database system.
Develop presentations materials and participate in Human Resource Orientations for New
Employees.
Conduct site visit evaluations, develop statement of work and recommend training venues for
conferences and retreats. .
