 Coordinate across senior staff for the Director’s daily and weekly information requirements, for 
meetings and travel to create read ahead materials. 
 Prepare PowerPoint presentations to brief the Director on details for his domestic/foreign travel 
 Collect, review and edit the read ahead materials based on the daily calendared meetings and 
engagements on the Director’s calendar. 
 Act as the appointed Action Tracker administrator (a SharePoint-based program) to ensure tasks for 
the Director’s Staff Group (DSG) and the Command Group are completed by suspense date, inform 
Action Officers of next steps for tasks. Support the Staff Action Coordinator Officer regarding Action

Executive Officer notes and JIEDDO 72 hour tasks are listed in the tracker and follow up with the

determine tasks to support the Director. Respond to staff questions and inquiries regarding the 
Director’s engagements and meetings for task requirements.

Provided support in the high visibility office of the Director of Acquisition Management (DA) at the Missile 
Defense Agency (MDA) in support of MDA’s 3 Star General. Coordinated DA’s interagency task request as 
well as those originated from Congress and the Government Accounting Office, and other external agencies. 
 Reviewed official correspondence, reports, manuscripts, briefings and visual presentations prepared 
by the staff and administrative support personnel, to ensure proper format, clarity and correct 
grammar, typographical and procedural correctness in accordance with DoD/Army regulation 
 Prepared DA’s Organization Review PowerPoint charts for weekly updates to the Director of MDA.

Conference Planner: 
Provided event and conference support to the Director of the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI) and planned 
special awards for the Director of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Program (OFPP) under the 
Office of Management and Budget. 
 Coordinated the Federal Acquisition Conference & Exposition (FACE), the Chief Acquisition
