DESCRIPTION: COST OF PROJECT (34 Crs.) & 2500 cum concrete
 PP- Complex : Building with Pile Foundation G+3
 FF- Complex: Building With Footing Foundation. G+3
Work done:-
• Prepared list of activities in SEQUENCE as per Scope and BOQ for the
current project and also prepared OBS as per Orgonogram using MS project
2010 & P6
• Base line was set as per work order submitted by Client, using MS project &
P6 Tracking and monitoring the BASE LINE
• The project containing CRITICAL activities will informed to Vendor after
setting base line using MS-Project 2010 and Primavera(P6)
• Scheduling (EST & EFT) the current project using scheduling option in MS
project 2010 & P6monitoring at site on weekly basis.
• Assigning the RESOURCES for the current project in MSP 2010 and finding
over allocation for the current projects.
• Preparing the project S- curve in both MSP and Primavera and updating on
monthly basis and circulating to client for Monitoring & Tracking.
• Monitoring and Tracking the quantities as per BOQ using CANDY software
(Which was newly introduced in project)
• Tracking both the projects by assigning the actual start and finish dates as per
site and estimating completion of time.
• VARIENCE for both Budget & Schedule is calculated using EMV (Earned
Value Management in MS project 2010 for both Projects.
• Using VARIENCE Graph which contains Head Schedule, Behind Schedule,
and Over Budget can be monitored on monthly basis.
• Conducting the meeting (W.R.M) between client and contractor regarding
Critical paths, scheduling, and safety and Quality issues at site and preparing
MOM. (Minutes Of Meeting)
• Monthly updating the project in oracle primavera P6 and circulating to head of
departments.(TCE & TSL)
• Preparation of MPR (Monthly Progress Report) and MIS (Monthly
Informative System) on monthly basis for the project and circulating to higher
authority.
• Involved in solving some design related issues for buildings along with client.
• Updating the drawing list and involved in preparation of reconciliation report
for cement and reinforcement for both the projects.
• Involved in completion of critical activities of the project as per schedule.

Work done: -
• Tracking the project by using actual start and actual finish dates in MS Project
2010 & P6-Oracled.
• Conducting DCM (Daily communication meeting) between client and
contractor.
• Preparation of monthly information report (MIS) which contains confidential
Information of the project and circulating Head Office.
• As per client requirement prepared WHY – WHY ANALYSIS regarding
issues occurred at site.
• Inspection of housekeeping at site in critical areas by using 6’S
(SEITON,SERI,SEKETSU,SETUSKE)
• Updating daily progress report and circulating to higher authorities.
• Responsible for conducting meeting regarding critical issues at site.
• Updating daily observation report for manpower and equipment’s at site.
• Inspection of site on daily basis for progress of structures and updating in MS-
Projects as well as Primavera P6.
• Conducting DRM (Daily Review Meeting) between contractors and client
• Updating progress of project in Primavera P-6 on monthly basis and
circulating through mail to higher authorities and HOD.

• Inspection of Reinforcement, shuttering as per approved & revised drawing
before concrete pour.
• Daily inspection of QA/QC Laboratory and involved in tests like
a)Compaction test
b) Compression test for Concrete cube & Bricks
c) Slump test and silt test
d) Rebar test (physical & chemical test)

e) Impact and crushed value test
• Inspection of batching plant during concreting at site for good quality control.

minor Issues observed at site and resolving by suggesting approved technical

plant to get good quality concrete so that durability of structure increase.
• Preparing MQR (Monthly Quality Report) on monthly basis for every month.
• Prepared Radar/SPIDER Chart for showing Quality Index on monthly basis
for tracking the quality.
• Conducting meeting (Weekly Review Meeting) between client, Vendor on
weekly basis for quality compliance and non-compliance at site.

• Responsible and Executing the site as per drawing and taking approval for
concrete pour from consultant and checking checklist of concrete.
• Detailed Measurement of Project, Preparing Daily Progress reports,
Preparation of Bar bending schedules and Reconciliation of Materials.
• Responsible for supervision of mixing of concrete as per Design mix and
Grade of concrete.
• Involved in testing of concrete like Slump test, Cube test, Bricks test, and all
other incoming materials to site for construction.
• Executed the finishing activities of building structure like Internal & External
Plastering & Painting, Laying of floor tiles.
• Responsible for water proofing (BRICK BAT COBA) activity on roof and
also involved in plumbing work.
• Partly involved in handing over the building structures to the client after
completion of punch points.
