Ensuring that all design documentation is

 Arranging and filing all UCC & KCT workers

Duties And Responsibility :
 Petty cash/ payroll handling
 Preparing the documents for submitting to consultant with
proper transmittals and filing replies on company document
system by date and submittals times.
 Making invoices for the completed projects.
 Prepare document tracking schedule for all staff to find the
final transmittals.
 Arranging the third party training for the plants and staff.
 Making quotation for sub-contract work with the help of
division manager
 Maintain the full flow / control of documents as per ISO
standards.
 Generate the various document control reports as required

 Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents
and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors
and suppliers as applicable.
