the time. Learning to deal with conflict is crucial to relational
growth.
Conflicts arise from differences. It occurs whenever people
disagree about values, motivations, perceptions, ideas or desires.

Conflict Resolution is a way for two or more parties to find a
peaceful solution to a disagreement among them.
When a dispute arises, often the best course of action is
negotiation to resolve the disagreement.
In conflict resolution, the best solution is the solution that is
best for both sides.
