To Lead learning effectively a leader needs to build their capability in several core learning fields. They need to
COMMUNICATE learning effectively, COACH and DEVELOP their teams successfully and GUIDE people towards learning
outcomes whether that be working with individuals, small teams or whole organisations.
This 2 day program develops leaders to:
•	 Understand how their people learn and think and can adapt that knowledge to assist them in achieving goals quickly.
•	 Communicate effectively and set up the “right” environment for learning.
•	 Teach in ways that inspire learning and dramatically increase speed to competence.
•	 Use a variety of coaching methods that they adapt to each person’s individual needs.
•	 Engage their people’s interest and motivation for learning and achievement
•	 Develop in their people a hunger for personal and organisational improvement.
