• Must add more sample employees from each outlet
• Should hire a HR specialist
• Also use Observation and interviews from more
employees.
• He should Include Supervisor during the job

• Giving higher commission on add on service
• Compensation is not linked with customer service
• Total compensation system is not place properly
• Incentive is not being given

maximum
• Higher commission should be placed on basic plan
• Customer should be educated on product and
services
• Customer needs should be catered instead of sales
representatives.
