about efficiencies and productivity.
 Understanding business direction and needs and developing solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business
impacts.
 Coordinating and managing various Hub lead functions within CRES to improve business/ project planning methods and
processes to ensure project execution as per timelines and within costs.
 Active involvement in business alignment, developing partnerships and team bonding activities and initiatives.
 Projects handled – Project Occasio - PAN India Branch Optimization, Other Space optimization projects including
Ernakulum, Centre Point, Crescenzo, 19 NS Road, DLF Gurgaon, Project North South, Pune, etc.
Additionally handling role of CRES Communications Manager for India and South Asia. Develop, manage and implement
strategic and integrated CRES communications activities to deliver powerful and consistent messages at a group and country
level.
Indentified as “High-Potential Employee” since Jan 2013, as having the potential, ability and aspiration for successive
leadership positions within the bank. Active involvement in focused development and succession planning projects and
assignments.
