Working with Don Bosco Tech Society is a NGO as a State Coordinator M.P. & U.P since Nov.2014 to till now.
Job Details:
Handling entire operations in eight states in India under RECL & NTPC project funded by NSDC and projects
funded by corporate like ABF, Schneider, HCL and Accenture Etc.
Recruitment & Selection of state & field level staffs, managing.
Dealing a team of 120 staffs at state and center level.
Monitoring and Evaluation of the program through Mid Batch Assessment (MBA), Batch Reviews to identify any
gap or deviation in the process and accordingly taking required corrective measures.
Tie up with companies/organizations for OJT, exposure visits & placement of trained youth across the region.
Handled and supervised the State level for Skilling development project under the CSR & Govt. Project.
Successfully initiated and completed the first employment linked skill development project in the D.B Tech
