and Aspiring Minds
online portal that provides over 2000
Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs).
Consortium for Educational Communication
(CEC) was initiated in the year 1993 for
coordinating, guiding and facilitating the
educational productions.
At present in India, 21 media centers are
working towards achieving these goals under
the umbrella of CEC
Rajbir Singh has submitted a proposal for
Developing and Delivering of MOOCS on
SWAYAM to MHRD, India (CEC, 2018).
concept was flowered on August 15, 2016
(Kanjilal, 2018)
Honr’ble Indian president Pranab Mukherjee
formally launched SWAYAM on 09th July 2017
(MHRD, 2018)

password, email address and Click Create button
