Autosuggestion • My boss is telling me that I will be the keynote speaker at the business meeting. • I am realising that I have given the speech that she is asking me to deliver before, so I can deliver it again. • I am calmly preparing the points I will share. • I am focusing and chanting and feeling calm on my way to the meeting. • I make a prayer before speaking and begin the speech. • I am speaking confidently and well, and people are listening attentively. • After I finish speaking, I realise that all went well due to God’s grace, so I am paying gratitude. Autosuggestion Whenever Scott berates and blames me saying that it is my fault that we lost the key client, I will realise that he may be venting his frustration in this way, so I will calm down, report his behaviour to human resources and continue my work while chanting the Name of God. Autosuggestion Whenever I find out that Matthew has maxed out my credit card to buy kayaking equipment, I will realise that he is young and will learn from this mistake, so I will remain calm and tell Matthew to return the equipment.
