Job Profile in Healthcare Sector :-
In my present profile as a GM (OPS) I am responsible for the entire functioning of the
non-medical areas of the unit and also a stakeholder of internal processes related to
Support-service departments . Some of the key performance indicators during my short tenure at
Metro Hospital are as follows :-
Metro Hospital - Cash Component of revenue have shown constant upward trend and is
continuing at 10%- 15% enhancements constantly.
Metro Hospital and Nayati Hospital - S.O.P.’s of critical medical and non-medical
departments are formulated and executed.
Metro Hospital - Data collection and its analysis is followed for maximizing the revenue
model of the unit. Cost-break-up of surgery packages is calculated for effective utilization
of resources.
3. Metro Hospital - Market sensitive surgical packages are formulated and are executed with
key inputs from marketing team. Brand building exercise in terms of camps and out-reach
OPDs are planned and executed
Nayati Hospital – Effective utilization of manpower has resulted in saving of about
10-12% in first –quarter of operations.

Front Office(IPD and OPD)
In Patient Department (IPD) responsible for Registration, Admission, Counseling, Bed
Management and Discharges.
Out Patient Department responsible for consultations, PHC , investigations and Day-Care
Procedures.

to ensure 100% compliance of S.O.P. Seamless and smooth functional operations .
