escalators, passenger conveyors and dumbwaiters. Other business include the sales,
installation and maintenance of multi-level warehouse conveyance system, large scale
video display system and related building services and radar system, card read system.

My daily duties
To prepares a weekly time schedule for our QC inspection at the job site in HQ and all
the branches all over the Malaysia including Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei. This consists
of inspection at office building, shopping complex, condominium, etc. This must be
approved by the department manager. The QC inspection is consists of senior
technician or supervisor. They use a register check sheet as a guide to inspect quality,
adjustment and cleanliness. They will follow the servicemen schedule and check. Any
issue will be recorded in the check sheet and photograph as proof. Correction will be
done on the spot, unless otherwise the next following day. These check sheet is sign
by both party, submitted to means reports with attachments. I will compile all the
reports,record down the documents and submit it to the department manager for
discuss, during the inspection if I found out any safety matter by pass by service team
need to issue UCR Warning report, and the service supervisor need to give me
feedback by 7 days times. Related to the safety issue need signature by department
manager. Weekly QC inspection finding will be display at our QC inspection notice
board, for all to service department to see and learn for better improvement. After
the inspection need to give report to department manager and also need to
circulation with safety manager, deputy managing director and managing director.
My monthly duties:
Need to do reconstruction work, during the project time get some failure defect from
the factory or installation department .related to this matter, I will investigate further
by gathering information whetherproperadjustment and setting was being followed
according to factory manual, a report is submitted tomy manager so after using some
time the lift can see the bad defect.so refer to (Mitsubishi HQ factory in japan) for
feedback factory usually will send a replacement parts and guideline improvement
need to do reconstruction work like download new software for improvement and
hardware wise need to change the defect parts. After install new parts for the lift
need to monitor the lift operation condition by the myself until lift operation in
3. perfect condition. And need to send closing report to my department manager and
safety manager.
My other duties:
Need to attend for breakdown, if the service team and supervisor cannot solve the
breakdown.so I need to solve the breakdown using maintance computer, to trace data
and failure record.to found out the coz of breakdown and solve the breakdown.
Other duties:
Need to do motorbike checking for all the service team crew 3 months once. Checking
their license and road tax valid condition according to company ISO procedure.
Need to do safety training for outstation depot and branches.
Safety training SWM (Safety work method) follows by ISO standard
