As a recently graduated in Petroleum Technology Programme (PTP-1) 3.89/4.00 and competent in
Level 3 Advance Diploma in Oil and Gas Technology – Mechanical (BTEC) at Institut Teknologi
Petroleum Petronas (INSTEP) and Petrofac Training Services (PTS), I did learned theoretically and
practically of a difference type of maintenance tasks with right procedures and standards in plant
maintenance, static equipments, basic inspection and corrosion, seal and sealing systems, bearing and
lubrication systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and rotating equipments in oil and gas industry. I
have a experienced in managed of heavy machinery, farm tractors and light vehicles industries with the
primary focus on maintenance and repairing whilst ensuring optimum breakdown time during my 3 years
experienced job as a workshop executive.

Roles and Responsibilities
- General management responsibilities including giving a direct instruction to mechanics, discussing
with top management for the high priority decisions, filed a important data and information for future
references, and establish a new working system for mechanics.
- Development and implementation of new repairing procedures based on complain from
machinery/tractor’s operator to ensure the breakdown machinery/tractors can be follow up immediately
and continuously until job completed.
- Monitor and review every unit machinery/tractors status and monthly cost by compared the actual cost
with budgeted cost and continuously follow up the machinery/tractors where necessary.
- In conjunction with preparing a workshop and machinery budget by provided a accurate information
such as servicing frequency, estimated repairing cost per month and workshop allocation.
- Collaborating with outside panel workshop when necessary to minimize breakdown time of
machinery/tractor and monitoring repairing progress to ensure the job met the satisfaction.
- Ordering an urgent and necessary spare parts and ensure the quality of spare met the specific needs.
