install Zoom
Application on
Desktop Computer

4. Open your browser,
go to zoom.us/download
and click Download.
…and wait until finish download.

5. Double click ZoomInstallerFull to install.

6. wait for a while installing…

7. Enable automatically
keep Zoom desktop client
up to date and click Done.

8. Click Sign in

9. Sign in using
your Google
Account

10. Enter your created KVIS
google account
Format of email address must be
Yourname.kvis@gmail.com
(Example: ryanestonio.kvis@gmail.com)

11. Enter your Birth Year
and click Continue.

12. Tick For Educators, and
what group does the
organization provide
services (select all that
apply), and Create
Account

14. Complete and fill out the
required fields.

16. Open Zoom Meetings

17. Here’s the landing
application of Zoom

18. To start an immediate or
urgent meeting. Click
New Meeting

21. To schedule
meeting. Click
Schedule

22. Fill-out the following details
(Topic, Attendees, Date &
Time), and click Save

23. Browser will automatically
open, check the details and
save.
List of participant(s)
Meeting link, ID, and Passcode
Date & Time of Meeting
Meeting title

24. It will automatically added to
your google calendar.
