16. How to create an
account?

17. Click on “Sign Up”.

18. Select the plan you want to use or
click “Free”.

19. Then, click “Get Started-Free” to sign up.

20. Type in your name.

21. Type in your business email address.

22. Type in your password.

23. Then click “Create My Free
Account”.

24. Click on the icons below to add
social profiles.

25. For Free account, you can
add only 3 social networks.

26. You can add and logged in on your
FB account.

27. This window will pop up, just click
“Continue”.

28. Click “OK”, to authorized hootsuite to
access your FB account.

29. Click “Done”.

30. Choose another social network to add.

31. You can add and logged in to your
Instagram account.

32. Click “Authorize” to allow hootsuite
access your Instagram account.

33. You can add and logged in to
your linkedin account.

34. Click “Allow” to
let hootsuite
access your
linkedin account.

35. Click “Done”.

36. Now, you can start managing your 3
social network accounts.

“Company Name”

38. Select the company industry in the
drop down list.

39. Select your company size in the drop
down list.

42. How to create and
schedule a post ?

43. On your dashboard, click on
“Publisher”.

44. Select a social network for sending
a message.

45. After selecting your social network, type
in your message.

46. Click on attach media icon to add
images or videos.

47. Click “choose files to upload”.

48. Click on the file you want to upload.

49. Click “Open”.

50. The image has been added.

51. You have the option to save as draft.

52. To add location.

53. To change privacy option.

54. Or to schedule a post in advance.

55. Time and date will show.

56. If auto schedule is turned on…

57. this enable the
hootsuite post the
message on public.

58. Click “Auto Schedule”.

59. Click “Set up publishing now”.

60. You need to set up on your
mobile.

61. Once set up is completed, click
“Done”

62. Scheduled message will be posted on time
in your Instragam .
