of network of FQHCs in the Metro Nashville area as part of the Vanderbilt School of Nursing. Focusing on client
self-directed care in vulnerable populations within a finically sustainable delivery model while supporting health
professional education and clinical/health service research.
Assisted Program Manager with administrative support to increase program enrollment and reduced
participant noncompliance which Resulted in increased 200% in participant enrollment and 53% reduction
in noncompliance and status shifts fromhigh risk to moderate risk within the first year.
Resulting in an estimated $45,000 cost of care reduction the first year.
Provided strategic recovery development, corrective action planning to ensure compliance.
Developed and disseminated training materials, tools, various surveys and reports using Word, PowerPoint,

Quality Improvement Liaison-2009-2012
A network of community lead private, non-profit primary care clinics and health programs based in Nashville with
eight neighborhood clinics,1 public housing clinic,5 school clinics, homeless clinic,2 mobile clinics and one multi -
county clinic in Hartsville Tennessee that is dedicated to improving the health of the community by eliminating
barriers to care and serving as a healthcare home without regard to the ability to pay.
Improved Vaccine for Children (VFC) program from suspension due to tertiary noncompliance to regain full
active complaint status in 16 months in 5 comprehensive clinics. Result: Increased revenue value adding
program by an estimated $130,000 annually with VFC programs in 8 different clinic locations.
Increased HIV testing by 83% and retained 38% testing recidivism within 6 months. Resulting in maintained
a $250,000 federal grant with 11 clinic locations.
Participated actively in achieving Joint Commission accreditation status for 2 cycles (6 years) reducing
considerations by 25% and implementing immediate strategic action recovery plan clinic system .
Conducted trainings in risk management, quality improvement, contract support, Joint Commission and
government compliance to a diverse cross section of the company.

Department on minority health issues.
Participated in the logistical coordination and event planning for the Summit on Minority Communities (700
participants) which served as the grassroots platformfor development of the bi annual Population.
Assisted in the development of the Minority Health statewide strategic plan that identified the top 10
minority health concerns and strategies for disparity eliminations to improve the overall health status.
Assisted with the facilitation of grass roots meetings and various, conferences, and symposiums throughout
the state of Tennessee compiling this data for legislative consideration.
Legislative liaison serving the purpose monitoring the progression of house bills and voting track records.
Provided research for the reduction of teen pregnancy and decreased infant mortality which was later used to
