Accomplishments
Created and implemented behavioral health programs for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum
Disorders that brought a facility from near bankruptcy to 98% occupancy with extensive waiting lists in less
than four years, while competitors in the same environment struggle with occupancy rates.
Created customer satisfaction and grievance programs that were eventually patented, packaged,
marketed, and sold to over 50 hospitals throughout the US and Canada. These programs helped the
facility achieve a national survey 99 percentile ranking in patient satisfaction.
Founded and created programming for a unique non-profit private school for children with ADHD, Learning
