management of complex, post-acute operations spanning 7 regions with 2500+ nurses, 500+ rehabilitation

Drove annual earnings by $500K and service delivery capabilities by doubling the number of congregate care
housing sites from 175 to 360, achieving a marked improvement to health outcomes, revenue, and payor mix.

identified issues with operations. Rectified problems with work flows and proper training of 120 RN’s.
Restructured the congregate care program to achieve a “quality over quantity” business model, capturing a
total cost-savings of $3M by streamlining RN and HHA utilization.
Secured DOH certification and CHAP accreditation every 3 years.
Strengthened and optimized the High Tech Infusion Department’s operations, by establishing best practices,
retraining staff, and holding managers accountable; achieving a significant reduction in patient hospital stays.
Restructured Behavioral Health Program’s operational performance through development, execution, and
evaluation of patient care plans/services and management of 30 field nurses, agency-wide.
